MMAViking.com talks to Cody McKenzie prior to his showdown with Swede David Bielkheden at Superior Challenge 12. “I realized I was poor and couldn’t retire, so here I am” says the American that has started to take fights again after declaring retirement last year. “I am coming off a win, not on paper.” says McKenzie joking about his loss due to headbutt in his last bout at WSOF.

“It’s me or you” says the TUF veteran that says he has found his love for the sport again, after beginning working in roofing and commercial fishing. ‘I’m not going to go toe-to-toe with this big buff dude’ jokes McKenzie that is looking to finish the Brazilian Swede tonight in Malmo.
