David Beilkheden battled fellow UFC veteran Cody McKenzie for 15 minutes in Malmö at Superior Challenge 12 Saturday night. “It didn’t go as planned.” says Buster to MMAViking.com shortly after the win, as he had to change strategy after the American refused to go down after taking huge shots to the head in the opening round. “He can take a punch” says the Allstars Training Center fighter.
“I am a little disappointed in my performance” says the welterweight that was hoping for a finish. “I still dominated him for three” continues the Swede, that is hopeful with his four fight winning streak he could still get one more shot in the UFC. Check out video interview here.
