DojoTV caught UFC light heavyweight Alex Gustafsson on tape when he was training at the Alliance gym for the big fight he has coming up with Mauricio “Shogun” Rua. It is great to see that the young Swede is looking very sharp with his punches and footwork.
UFC bantamweight champ Dominick Cruz is also hitting the pads on the video. Cruz has been recovering from a torn ACL in his knee but from the looks of it, he is making his way back to the cage in a hurry.
