Finland’s rising bantamweight talent Toni Tauru (6-1) is now signed to meet another hungry young fighter at Carelia Fight 9. According to the promotion Tauru will fight Frenchman Issem Hasni (7-1) at the Imatra Sports Hall in Imatra, Finland on the 7th of September. The bantamweight match up should provide excitement for the fight fans as the two have finished five of their combined last six fights with all of the finishes coming by submission.
The exciting Finn has stayed focused during the summer time:
“Summer has gone well and I’ve been able to train in professional manner. After the last fight I had to let my injured ankle heal up for a while but I used that time to work on my physique. Now I’ve been doing combat training again.” said Tauru in a recent interview by FightSport.fi
France’s Issem Hasni has kept on hasty pace since he started fighting pro in May of 2012. During the next twelve months Hasni fought eight times, winning seven of them. The lone defeat came in the hands of Swedish prospect Emil “Megahertz” Hartsner who submitted Hasni with a triangle choke at SML 12 in September 2012.
