Khamzat Chimaev (4-0, #5 Nordic MW) from Allstars Training Center is back in action. After stopping Sidney Wheeler (8-3) at Brave Combat Federation 20 in December, MMA Viking can announce that the Sweden based fighter will face Ikram Aliskerov (8-0) at Brave 23 on April 19th.
“Borz” jumped up to middleweight on short notice to take on Wheeler, but will now face off in the new 175 lbs weight class and inch closer to a title shot with another win. The event will go down to Amman, Jordan.
Both fighters will be watching the main event as the title of the new welterweight class is on the line as champ champ Jarrah Al-Selawe faces Abdoul Abdouraguimov.
Aliskerov has won his last 5 with the Brave organization and is undefeated since turning pro in 2012. The Combat Sambo fighter is 26 years old.
“Borz” on the other hand just turned pro in May of 2018, becoming one of the most active fighters as he is seeking his 5th bout in less than a year.
