It looks like Akira Corassani’s injuries are behind him as Maximo Blanco’s manager Shu Hirata posts “Maximo “Maxi” Blanco アップwill be fighting in TUF 18 Finale on November 30th, in Vegas, Against Akira Corassani from Renzo Gracie Jiu-Jitsu爆弾”.
Corassani is coming off the biggest win of his career as he beat Robbie Peralta this past April in Stockholm. Before that, the Swede took a split decision win over Andy Ogle. At 2 wins and 0 losses, the Swede would put together 3 wins in a row in the Octagon.
Blanco is 1-1 in the UFC, losing to Marcus Brimage and most recently outpointing Sam Sicilia.
The TUF 18 Finale is on November 30 and takes place at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.
