Following-up the recent Cage Warriors press release that Mats Nilsson would fight on their upcoming promotion, The Zone FC today announced the same. Nilsson is a top middleweight out of Helsingborg, Sweden. The 6’1″ (186cm) fighter is 7-1-1 since turning pro in 2008.

The Swedish popular middle weight fighter Mats Nilsson from Kaisho MMA from Helsingborg has accepted to fight at The Zone FC – Demolition, Sunday the 6th of May.
Mats Nilsson defeated Gregor Herb at The Zone FC – Inferno last year. He won against Nikos Sokolis after that.
11th of February he will fight THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER 6 finalist Tommy Speer (19-5-0) at Cage Warriors at Fight Night 3 in Lebanon, Beirut. Speer has fought twice in the UFC but was released by the organisation following his 2008 defeat to Anthony Johnson.
Nilsson is now ready for another epic battle at The Zone FC – Demolition.
