It was another tough night for Finland’s Niko Puhakka (28-17) who lost in Moscow, Russia, his fourth loss in a row. The fight took place in Fight Nights promotion versus Murad Machaevin (16-1), who has won 7 fights in a row. The Espoon Kehahait fighter Puhakka has not won since June of 2013, when he beat Mairbek Talsumov. The 35 year old has been fighting pro since 2002.
The official result of tonight’s Fight Nights: Battle 18 – Before the Frost, was a KO/TKO at 4:31 of round 2. Machaevin took mount mid way through the second and continued with punches until the referee stopped the action.
