Nicolas Dalby will be heading to Goiania, Brazil for his UFC debut. The second Dane to ever step into the Octagon will be facing Brazilian Elizeu Zaleski. Brazilian outlet Combate first reported the news and MMAViking.com has confirmed the matchup.
Dalby is the Cage Warriors welterweight belt holder has long been seen as the top welterweight prospect outside of the UFC, as he has put together an impressive 13 win and 0 loss record in his pro career.
Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos goes by the nickname “Capoeira” and he captured the Jungle Fight 170-pound title. He comes into the fight with a 14 win and 4 loss record, and is on a four fight winning streak. The CM System fighter last fought in December, where he stopped Eduardo Ramon by a rear-naked choke.
This will be the first fight in the Octagon for the Dane and Brazilian. UFC Fight Night takes place May 30 at Goiania Arena in Goiania, Brazil.
