Nick Barnø (3-1) has a much wanted busy schedule. The “True Dane” just booked the headliner at FG Fight Night in Sønderborg, Denmark on April 29 versus Frank Kortz. “It’s awesome to be booked for my 2nd fight already this year and again in Denmark.” says Barno to MMAViking.com, who will also compete against Englishman Jordan McKie (1-1) at MMA GALLA prior to the newly scheduled bout.
“I’m fighting Frank Kortz out of Hamburg – Germany who’s coming with a 4-1 record. He looks like a strong opponent but just another step on my path. So I’m confident when we hit April 29, I will be 5-1.” says a confident Barno that is the #3 ranked Nordic heavyweight.
This will be the only pro bout of the evening and it will serve as the main event. “And really nice that the Danish shows gives me there trust to build up a show with me as the main event. But it’s like every other fight if i where the first or last one on the show. Door closes, we fight, one winner.”
