MMA GALLA has a headlining bout, and it is a good one. Two true veterans of Nordic MMA will clash as Denmark’s Morten Djursaa (12-5) from Fighter Center Odense will face Sweden’s Diego Gonzalez (19-11) out of Pancrase Gym. The promotion, formerly Odense Fight Night, will take place on September 17th at the Odense Congress Center (OCC).
Gonzalez has had a nice resurgence in his career, winning his last four of five bouts. The Silencer’s most recent run includes two straight stoppages at ADW, where he submitted Nayeb Hezam in August of 2015 and then Carlos Moyano this past May.
Djursaa was back in action last September at Odense Fight Night 4 where he outpointed Brit Chay Ingram. He turned pro back in 2006 and has had a three and five fight winning streak.
The event will be shown on the newly launched Viaplay Fighting.
