The newly signed Invicta FC fighter Maria Hougaard Djursaa will fight on the Invicta FC 9 card at The RiverCenter in Davenport, Iowa on Saturday, November 1st. The Dane will face Amanda Bell (2-2) in her debut with the prominent woman’s organization in a bout that will stream live on UFC Fight Pass. The promotion released the match-ups today.

Djursaa has put together a 5 win and 5 loss record, and was recently on an impressive three fight winning streak all by stoppages. However, her most recent opponent, Annalisa Bucci, ended her winning run at EUMMA 9 last May.

The Fight Gym Odense / Shooters BJJ Odense fighter hopes to pick-up where the other Nordic fighter in the promotion left off, as Katja Kankaanpää recently claimed the strawweight title.
Bell trains out of Medford, Oregon and is 26 years old. Â After losing her first two bouts, she has won her two most recent. The American will also be making her Invicta debut.
Invicta FC Flyweight Champion Barb Honchak (9-2) headlines Invicta FC 9 as she defends her title against Japanese veteran Takayo Hashi (15-4). In the co-main event, strawweight submission specialist Mizuki Inoue (8-2) returns to Invicta to take on undefeated newcomer Karolina Kowalkiewicz (5-0) of Poland. See the full card below.
