Magnus Cedenblad has just been announced to fight Poland’s Krzysztof Jotko at the May 31st card at the 02 World Berlin in Germany. The fight has been in the works for weeks, and several sources in Sweden started reporting the matchup today.
Jycken will be on the UFC Fight Night 41 card which will air on-line through the newly launched UFC Fight Pass. The Swede is one of the biggest middleweights around, and now trains at Allstars Training Center in Stockholm. Cedenblad is 31 years old and is coming off of a first round submission over Jared Hamman back in August at UFC 164. He lost his UFC debut in Swede to Fancis Carmont, so will head into Germany with a 1 and 1 UFC record, and 11 wins and 4 losses overall.

The Swede’s opponent is Krzysztof Jotko who is undefeated, including a debut win in the Octagon over Bruno Santos in December at UFC Fight Night 33. He is 14 and 0, and should be a stiff test for Cedenblad.
The card is headlined by Gegard Mousasi and Mark Munoz. No other Nordic fighters have been booked for the card as of yet.
