The location for Alexander Gustafsson’s next bout is still in question. While Dana White originally stated that The Mauler would be back in Sweden for his bout, while Jon Jones would face Glover Teixeira for the title, it seems that the President is reconsidering the location.
“Dana says Gustafsson’s next fight will be either in Sweden or London.” was posted on the official UFC Twitter last night. Along with this change, news came out that Jones versus Teixeira has been pushed back until March.

Time will tell what is next for Gustafsson, as many ideas are being discussed regarding the specific location of the next UFC in Sweden and an opponent that would make the next sense for the Swede. With the controversy regarding the decision in the 5 round slugfest in Toronto, both fighters are on course for a rematch in 2014 if they are able to beat their next opponents.
