Woke up at 6am and got in an early workout at the Marriott Hotel. Now off to find some breakfast in town. Will try and meet with Kimura.se’s Jaser, who will also be at the weight-ins today.

Heading downtown for a little sightseeing, then out to the weigh ins at Wells Fargo Center, which I like to call the “WFC”. So UFC at the WFC.
10:38AM – Downtown now, and above is a picture of the capital, re-fueling on my second Starbucks coffee. Will head over to the Wells Fargo Center in a bit… looking forward to the weigh-ins and Chael Sonnen’s Q and A session!

Spent some time talking with Mazdak at mmanytt.se. Damn, this guy has been on a UFC, Strikeforce, and local show journey…hitting every event over the last three months. Even training camp with Leben in Hawaii and Gustafsson in San Diego. Can’t believe he worked with Dana and UFC to get Gustafsson’s fight on Canal+. Wow.
