Norwegians Kenneth Bergh and Emil Weber Meek headed to manchester for a training session at the Ricky Hatton Boxing Academy. “Absorbing knowledge from one of the greatest welterweight boxers of all time” says the light heavyweight fighter that is waiting for the announcement of his next Cage Warriors bout.
“Although there’s a significant difference between the Sweet Science and MMA, basic principles of hand to hand combat still apply and proven world class success in any part of combat offers invaluable experience on so many levels.” says Bergh about the experience.
Meek, who is nursing a recent hand injury, did the best he could under the circumstances. “One hand is better than no hands!” Check out the video provided by Betsafe below.
Both Frontline Academy fighters are awaiting their next fight announcements. The undefeated Bergh, #3 Nordic light heavyweight, is on a five fight winning streak and Valhalla, #2 Nordic welterweight, has won his past four bouts.
